Living in a condo in Scarborough, ON; our Managing Director was treasurer in the Board. Two years prior to COVID 19, just a day before the AGM in his condo he had to travel on a personal emergency. Attending the AGM was necessary. He decided that he will connect through his cell phone. He did attend but it is no secret in the least how foolish it looked attending in a completely disorganized manner. That’s the moment he realized the importance of organized virtual meeting.

Fast forward COVID 19 and the AGM had to be conducted. A zoom account of an unit owner was used. Condo of 220 units had a presence of only 7 unit owners on zoom. Everyone was home due to COVID 19 but no one really took interest in attending. He had to be the ‘champ’  to initiate by calling known persons to attend the meeting. Immediately after MEETINGS CHAMP took shape and came into existence in two months. There has been no look back since then.
